Japan to receive Satin Silver PS3
Japan seems to love new console colours, and it’s set to get another with Sony announcing that it will release the rather lovely looking Satin Silver PlayStation 3 on March 6. The 40GB model will set potential buyers back some Y39,980 ($US376), and will come with one of those much beloved Dual Shock 3 controllers.
The Satin Silver PlayStation 3 will be the second colour variant to have been released in Japan in 2008, with the Devil May Cry 4 bundle containing a PlayStation 3 with a rather sex white trim.
So if you’re in the market for a PlayStation 3 that’s a little different, Japan is the place to be. No announcements have been made as yet regarding the release of alternate PlayStation 3 colours in North America, Europe or Oceania.
But if its not black how will the Xbox dweebs call it a dust collector, guess they will have to find something new to say.
It’s pretty easy to see dust on silver too, sunshine.

it may be a dust collecter but atleast it dosent fuk up evry other week like my 360 does and i know the because ive got both machines
