Men of theirs words that they are, the Criterion guys have released a smattering of new screenshots, unveiling the new Burnout Paradise location that is to be released as part of the up-and-coming software update codenamed Davis.

Expected for launch sometime in August, the Davis update won’t only add a brand-new island location, but will also introduce motorbikes for the first time ever, along with night-time and a host of bike-specific game modes, challenges, and even new locations.

The Burnout team promises that more news and gameplay footage will follow in the near future. We’ll be sure to keep our eyes peeled for any future updates on the official website and bring it to you as soon as possible.
