FaceBreaker demo arriving on July 31
Speaking to VideoGamer.com at a recent press conference, EA has confirmed that a demo for the upcoming boxing title FaceBreaker is coming to the Playstation Network on July 31. Read about all of the features that will be available in the demo after the jump.
The FaceBreaker demo, which is due to arrive next Thursday, will include three playable characters and they are Ice, Sparrow and Steve. Gamers will be able to try out these characters on the Booty Caves and Trailer Park arenas. While there will be no online support in the demo, gamers will be able to take on either an AI opponent or a friend. Despite being restricted to matches of only 90-second rounds, there will be a rematch option.
Players will be able to get some more experience and improve their tactics in the practice mode as well as trying out EA’s Game Face technology. This will allow gamers to upload a picture to replace the face of an in-game character. In the final version of the game, players will be able to create completely original characters to fight with. FaceBreaker is due for release on Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 on September 5.
