Wireless Guitar Hero Guitars
Eurogamer has somewhere found an announcement of RedOctane about a wireless Guitar Hero guitar. This is a great thing as it was annoying me the last time I played Guitar Hero. If you do want to get it, you don’t have to wait that long, because the will ship next month in the US. The price of the guitar will be around 60 bucks.
The guitar will be white and will be compatible with Guitar Hero and Guitar Hero II. RedOctane assured Eurogamer that the quality of the wireless guitar will be the same as the high quality of the normal wired gibson SG replica. For the wireless version it is not clear if they changed the shape. What also remains unconfirmed is the availability of the guitar in Europe. Until RedOctane announces the guitar for Europe, Eurogamer will keep nagging them on a daily base.
Sadly with Microsoft’s policy in regarding to 3rd party wireless controllers I doubt anyone will see a 360 wireless controller.
What is MS’s policy towards third party wireless controllers? You would think MS would know how popular this game is and that they’d work with Red Octane. Especially considering there is one for the PS2 and probably will be one for the PS3.
