Modern Warfare 2: CTF Video Analysed
Xboxic may have posted a video of the recent Modern Warfare 2: Capture the Flag footage of a game mode actually caled ‘Flag Runner’, but what about a breakdown?

Below is an analysis of video contents from the above video clip:
0:27 – ‘Flag Runner’ mode, basically an iteration of the classic CTF (Capture The Flag).
0:31 – Players now have customizable ‘badges’ that appear on the bottom of the screen when they are killed, or on the top right when they perform certain objectives. The badge shows a custom message and icon, along with the player’s name and rank.
0:34 – SCAR-H Bling on the floor, ‘Bling’ seems to be a modifier of some sort.
0:43 – Riot shield will be available in multiplayer, it also has a melee attack.
0:48 – MP5K on the floor.
0:50 – AUG H-BAR Bling on the floor.
0:54 – Airdrop kill streak bonus, it is very likely that this is a supply drop, especially going by the icon displayed.
0:56 – Predator Missile kill streak bonus, this one is self explanatory, you can call in a predator missile strike.
0:59 – AA-12 on the floor.
1:03 – UMP45 Extended Mags on the floor, looks like extended magazines have come in from World at War.
1:06 – TAR-21 FMJ on the floor, FMJ stands for Full Metal Jackets, which suggests bullet upgrades.
1:12 – USP .45 equipped, the pistol returns from Call of Duty 4.
1:38 – Kriss Super-V equipped, it appears to have two attachments (red dot sight and a suppressor).
1:42 – Proper host migration has been implemented, with the game resuming at the point the old host left.
1:50 – Throwing knives, looks like they replace your primary grenades when equipped.
1:50 – Buzzkill challenge, completed by stopping an enemy short of a killstreak.
1:52 – Bullseye challenge, completed by killing an enemy using a throwing knife.
Voila.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is released worldwide on November 10th 2009 for PS3, Xbox360 & PC
