It’s been too long since we last set our eyes on any new media relating to Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II. With E3 coming up, Lucas Arts, like any other developer/publisher on the planet, has unleashed (I know) a bunch of new screenshots, a little something to tide fans over until June 15.

In the sequel, players assume the role of a clone of Starkiller, Darth Vader’s secret apprentice killed in the first game and start off by escaping from captivity on a mission to comprehend who they really are and to seek out Juno Eclipse. The story takes place six months after the events of the original and a year before Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope. For better or worse, depending on your preference, Lucas Arts promises it has a darker and more personal twist to it.
