For all of the SOCOM fans, there is some bad news about the upcoming installment of the series, SOCOM 4: U.S. Navy SEALs. The game has been moved to be released in 2011.

On the official SOCOM blog yesterday, Jeremy Dunham, the Senior Community Manager for Zipper Interactive broke the news. While being careful in not stating the cause for the delay, only saying ” we don’t want to take any shortcuts. Instead, we want to deliver the best and most immersive SOCOM game we possibly can and we’re going to use our extra time to do just that.”
