Playstation Store update October 18

The Playstation Store has been updated again with new demos, Playstation 1 games and more. Both European and North American content is available at this very moment. Head inside for the details.

It’s not really exciting this time, at least not as exciting as last week when we got the Ratchet & Clank demo. Still, people who enjoy RPGs might want to try out yet another Folklore demo (it’s the third one isn’t it?). Not good enough, then go check out the game videos though, they’re pretty nice.

US:

    Demos:

  • Folklore “PlayStation Underground” Demo (1,26GB)
  • Juiced 2: Hot Import Nights Demo (968MB)
    Game Videos:

  • Uncharted Tech Dive Video
  • Burnout™ Paradise Steel Wheels Trailer
  • Turok Dino Luring Trailer
  • Devil May Cry 4 TGS Short Trailer
    Movie and Blu-ray Disc Trailers:

  • Rails & Ties Trailer
  • Incubus — Alive at Red Rocks BD Trailer
  • Underworld BD Trailer
    PS3 Wallpaper

  • Eye of Judgement Wallpapers (2)

Folklore.

Europe:

    Demos:

  • Dynasty Warriors: Gundam demo
    Games:

  • CTR: Crash Team Racing (PS1 game)
  • Everybody’s Golf 2 (PS1 game)
  • Syphon Filter 3 (PS1 game)
    Trailers:

  • Uncharted - “The Inspiration”
    Other:

  • Lair wallpapers (2 of them)

Also, if you haven’t check out Calling All Cars yet, it has been reduced to $4.99 until 25 October.

That sucks that Sony is making us pay real money on their PlayStation Store. Why can’t they just use points like Wii and Xbox 360?

I prefer xbox live points only because they have the scratch cards(i dont have a credit card so i cant pay online), other than that i would much rather see a system that is proportional(1 dollar gets you 10 points… much like the wii)

I’d rather it just told you the actual price on 360 rather than points.
